Can't Pay..!!Won't Pay..!! is a farce about the self-reduction movement where woman (and men) take what they wanted from markets, only paying what they could afford. Set in the Italy during the days of the revolution, the play brings out, in a very cominc sense, the awakening of the working class in the midst the adversities and turmoils faced by them.
